Here’s what you can do………
As a sole trader, it is I who takes bookings, manages the diary, places orders, completes the paper work, and carries out the task in hand and an endless list of other duties too long to mention. From time to time, I may not fulfil your expectations or you may not be happy with what I have done.
If you find yourself in this situation, please do get in touch with me. Call me, text me, email me I don’t mind how, but please do make contact and let me know where I have gone wrong. I care about what I do and of course I care about my customers. If I have not done something to fulfil your expectations, I would like the opportunity to discuss this with you and make things right, returning if required.
I am fully insured and take great pride in what I do, I never set out do things wrong or miss something, but occasionally this may happen. So please do let me know.
